Patient Coordinators, Care Navigators and Administration Teams

We have a dedicated team of more than 14 Patient Coordinators, Care Navigators,and Administrative staff who work across our call-handling hub and front desk. They manage hospital referrals, oversee correspondence, and support our Patient Triage service. Collectively, the team handles over 1,000 calls each day and welcomes more than 300 patients attending face-to-face appointments.
