Practice Policies


Information Held by the Surgery

To ensure confidentiality, your personal information and records are held securely and can only be accessed by the staff who work at the practice.  Information may be shared with other health professionals, but only those who are directly involved in your care and only at a level relevant to your treatment.  We will always seek your consent before information is shared with third parties e.g. solicitors who are acting on your behalf.

Suggestions & Complaints

We welcome your comments and suggestions on how we can improve our services.  Please feel free to use the suggestion box in the waiting areas at City Road and Boundary.  Alternatively, if you would like to get more involved in the way the practice is run, you can join our patient participation group.  Please ask the reception staff for more details.


If you are unhappy with our service at any time, please contact our Business Manager by telephone, in person or in writing.  We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days and provide you with a written response was soon as we have completed our investigation.  If you are still unhappy, you can request an independent review form the Health Service Ombudsman. Please contact reception to obtain a copy of our complaints procedure.
